However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed by the seller or merchant, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the product received is damaged, defective, or has a quality issue. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product, and the seller or merchant will verify the claim before processing.

3. Product Quality Issues

If the product is not as shown on the site or not as expected, you must notify our support team within 7 days for review. Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. JORZA facilitates the connection but warranty claims are handled by the respective manufacturers.

5. Replacement Processing

If a replacement is approved, the replaced order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. You will be notified when your replacement order is processed.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
