You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jorza, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: • Your breach of these Terms. • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. • Your use of the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JORZA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. 2. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR INR 100, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

1. These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of India. 2. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be the courts of Thrissur, India.
